We are finally getting some HOT Summer days over here in Edmonton! Here is 3 Tips for Breastfeeding on those beautiful days 🌞🤱

1. Stay Hydrated 💦
- Breastfeeding in the heat can be dehydrating. Drink plenty of water and keep a bottle nearby during nursing sessions to stay refreshed.

2. Frequent Short Feeds 🥛
- Your baby may prefer more frequent, shorter feeds in the heat. This ensures they stay hydrated and get enough nutrition without getting too warm.

3. Skin-to-Skin with Care 🤱✨
- Skin-to-skin contact is important but can be sweaty in the heat. Use a lightweight muslin cloth between you and your baby to keep cool while maintaining closeness.

Try to stay cool, hydrated, and enjoy those summer breastfeeding moments! ❤️ ☀️
