Hey babe. 👋 You probably don’t have a low milk supply.

You’re likely comparing yourself to moms on social media pouring those giant bottles… But that’s not a realistic measure of supply.

Did you know the average amount pumped after a feed is about 0.5–2 oz, and in place of a feed is about 2–5 oz total?
That’s completely normal.

If your baby has plenty of wet and dirty diapers, is gaining weight, and seems content after feeds, your supply is probably doing just fine.

But if you’re worried, or notice a change in diapers or weight, don’t hesitate to reach out to a lactation professional or your MD.

3 things your baby does at the breast that are completely normal. 🫶

Cluster feeding, fussing, pulling, or falling asleep mid feed are not always signs that something is wrong.

They are signs that your baby is communicating, growing, and finding comfort in the place designed just for them.

Your baby’s patterns are not problems to fix. They are communication to understand.

Trust your body. Trust your baby. You were made for this.

Every birth I attend is a sacred story. Each one written with faith, strength, and love.

Hearing words like these reminds me just how special it is to walk beside families as they welcome new life. 💕

All Glory to God for the peace, confidence, and joy that fills each birth space I’m invited into.

532 days. ♥️

532 days my body nourished yours — through the days and the nights (so many long nights).

We’ve reached the end of our breastfeeding journey, and one thought remains:

I am so proud of us.
I’d do it all again for you. 🤍

10/03/2025

All thanks to Him 🙏

But for real… That was spooky for a second.
My second baby rocked my world in ways I still can’t fully explain. Through faith, prayer, and a whole lot of strength, I made it out the other side of some pretty severe postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

Another reason I’m so passionate about serving other moms — because I know what it feels like to lose yourself and find your light again. 🤍

🤍 Your doula will never replace your partner.

Birth is a team effort. Your partner carries your heart, the love, familiarity, and connection that only they can give.

Your doula carries your mind, offering calm, knowledge, and reassurance when emotions run high.

Together, you are fully held. ✨

As doulas, we don’t take your partner’s place. We help them take theirs with confidence. We guide them on how to comfort you through contractions, remind them of your birth preferences when things get intense, and encourage them to stay present and grounded right beside you.

A doula supports both of you, the birthing mother and the loving partner, so that you can experience birth not with fear, but with unity, peace, and strength. 🌸

From pregnancy to birth to motherhood.
Each season calls for a different kind of strength.

Mental, Physical, Spiritual.

On the days you think, “I can’t do this anymore,”
somehow… you do.

✨ 985 days (and counting)… ✨

That’s how long I’ve spent breastfeeding so far…Almost 10% of my life poured into nourishing my babies. 💕

Along the way I’ve learned: it’s not black & white, some days you’ll want to quit, sometimes it still hurts, and it never lasts forever. Breastfeeding is messy, exhausting, beautiful, painful, and precious all in the same day.

And no matter what, someone will always have an opinion: “That you didn’t breastfeed long enough, or that you nursed for “too long.” But here’s the truth: the only timeline that matters is yours.

🤍 Every journey is different.
🤍 Every day counts.
🤍 And you’re doing an incredible job.

What about you? If you’ve breastfed, what’s one thing you’ve learned along the way? Share it in the comments to encourage other moms ✨
