I have been a certified CanFit-Pro Personal Trainer for over 11years. My fitness experience has varied from Triathlete, Spartan Race competitor, Spin Instructor, Runner and participating in Cross Fit and Kick boxing. My goal is to stay fit while having fun.
Weight Training is very important to a well balanced fitness routine and therefore my clients get progressive weight training and functional training mixed into every workout. This keeps it fun and interesting ... challenging, but never boring.
