We will explore shapes that help build strength and support mobility during this season of growth and change. Focusing on areas of the body that may be experiencing discomfort and preparing the body for labour/delivery while finding movement that feels good.
We will connect with the pelvic floor with breath techniques that will be useful during labour. We will incorporate affirmations and meditations and foster a connection to baby while connecting with other moms-to-be in a welcoming environment.
