When I opened myself up to connecting with the waters, so much shifted in my life.

There was an innocence there, a wisdom, a grace and yet, a power, a strength.

Water can teach us so much when we pause and truly listen.

This is a call to the water lovers and to those who fear the waters.
A call to the women who seek flow, and the ones craving deeper connection in sisterhood.
A call to those longing to explore themselves so deeply that an unshakeable wave is calling to you, beckoning you in.

If you fear the waters, this is your invitation to begin exploring why.
The more we connect with the sacred waters, the more we begin to understand our own inner waters. The more we soften, open, and allow that fear to melt away.

This is a sacred call from the waters. An invitation and a deep remembering of who you are.

Join us at the Held by the Waters Retreat, near San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. An invitation to soften into the sacred wisdom within the waters and within yourself.

During this retreat, we will commune with water in many ways. through water ceremonies, song, and play while also deepening our relationship with our inner waters through movement, dance, and yoga.

There is a magic within you that longs to be witnessed.
As we connect with the waters, we begin to restructure our own inner waters to align with the cosmic flow.

There’s a powerful magic that unfolds when you reconnect with the truth of who you are, right at the center of your heart.
Our intention is to gently awaken the deepest desires within you, so that when you return home, you feel lit from within, ready to share your passion and purpose with the world around you.

The water is sacred. You are sacred.
And it is time to remember.

Water changed the way I see myself.

There was a time I felt disconnected
from my body,
from my emotions,
from the sacredness within me.

But water didn’t ask me to be anything.
She simply received me.
Fully.
Freely.
Gently.

She showed me how to slow down.
How to listen beneath the noise.
How to soften the walls I built around my heart.

In her presence, I began to remember…
That my sensitivity is strength.
That my body is wise.
That my womb is a portal of deep knowing and creation.

Now, water is woven into everything I do.
In my healing work, in ceremony,
in the way I walk through life.

She speaks to me through tears, rivers, rains, and the pulse of the ocean within.

She reminds me to trust the ebb and the flow.
To honor the cycles.
To lead with love,
not force.

Water didn’t just heal me.
She brought me back to life.
She brough me back to me

What wisdom have you learned from the waters?
Please share in the comments.

She led me back home.

For years, I saw my womb as a source of pain—physically, emotionally, spiritually.

But through heartbreak, travel, past life awakenings, and deep embodiment, I began to hear her whispers.

Not all at once. But gently… insistently.
She showed me where I was holding stories not mine to carry.

She guided me through the waters of grief, rage, shame, and love.

Until I realized:
My womb is not a burden.
She is a portal.
A teacher.
A sacred keeper of truth.
She is me.

This is womb reclamation.
This is coming home.

Did you know I have a degree in Nutrition & Food Science, a Holistic Culinary Nutrition certification and a Practical Herbalism diploma? 🌿✨

Before stepping fully into the energy work I do now, I spent years in the food world—working in the industry, teaching cooking classes, and forever falling in love with the magic of herbs and nourishing meals.

And honestly? That passion hasn’t gone anywhere.

I still love creating in the kitchen, especially when it comes to weaving herbs into everyday life.

One of my favorite ways to do that this time of year is with my go-to herbal drink: Nettleaide 🍋🌿

It’s refreshing like iced tea, but way more nutrient-dense—loaded with vitamins and minerals, and so grounding.

Nettles were the first herb that truly called to me, and they’ve been a trusted ally ever since.

Curious to try this earthy, herbal twist on lemonade?

Comment NETTLE and I’ll send you the recipe! Or head to my blog.

Last week, I asked you:
How do you describe the ocean?

If you haven’t answered yet,
take a moment now.

Now, how would you deacribe your relationship with yourself?

As Veda Austin says,
“The study of water is the study of self.”

Based on your description of the ocean,
do you notice any reflections of how you see yourself?

Here are some responses I received from my community:

Beckoning
The Mother Womb
Peaceful
Breathless
Vast
Fierce
Calm
Inviting

Do any of these words resonate with how you experience your relationship with yourself?

If you’d like to dive deeper into these reflections, swipe to explore what these words might mean in the context of your journey within.

This is an invitation.
A sacred pause.
To ask yourself:

What needs to be surrendered?
What needs to be released?
What is ready to “die”
So that you can come home to yourself more fully?

What parts of you have grown too small,
too heavy, too tight?
What outdated roles, stories, or masks
are no longer aligned with the woman you're becoming?

What has been whispering to you
roaring inside your heart
that you can no longer ignore?

Maybe it’s releasing a friend or a lover.
Maybe it’s shedding the fear of being seen in your fullness.
Maybe it’s finally dropping the guard around your heart.
Maybe it’s releasing the opinions and judgments of others
and finally choosing you.

This is a season of transmutation.
Of sacred release.
Of ceremonial burial
laying down what no longer of service into the Earth
Letting the soil take what is complete,
so you can rise.

This is a remembrance
of your connection to the women who came before you—
who also knew the ache of letting go,
and the freedom of rising reborn.

So I ask you:
What are you ready to surrender?
What truth is waiting just beyond your release?

This is your time of rebirth.
Your time to reclaim your power,
your softness,
your voice,
your light.

This is your resurrection.

If your soul is whispering “yes”...
If you feel the stirrings of your own resurrection
but aren’t sure how to walk it alone.

I have a sacred offering to support you
in releasing what’s ready to go,
and reclaiming the power that’s always been yours.

DM me if you're ready.
Let’s walk this path of remembrance together.

This morning, while I was meditating, I heard the question:

“What does the collective need from you right now?”

As I sat there tuning in, nothing came through at first. But then, I felt a deep pull to my Ancient Stones oracle deck and her 11-card spread.

As I began flipping the cards one by one, there was this knowing—it wasn’t for me.

It was for us.
For the collective.

Shivers ran down my spine with each card I revealed.

The message was clear:
It’s time for us to rise.
It’s time for us to stand in our power.
To release those fears.
To be bold.
To know ourselves.
To work together.
To claim back those pieces.

IT’S TIME.

Do these cards resonate? Drop a comment below, I would love to hear.

The number one thing I’ve been seeing in my client sessions lately….

Embodiment.

When you look back over the past few years,
the courses you’ve taken,
the workshops you’ve shown up for,
the certifications you’ve earned,
the webinars you’ve attended,
the modalities you’ve gathered...

You’ve built a powerful toolkit.
A treasure chest of wisdom and experience.

And still, that quiet whisper might linger:
“I need more training... I’m not ready... I don’t know enough.”

Cue the imposter syndrome.

And to be honest? It’s not wrong to feel that way.

Because until we fully embody a practice,
truly live it and breathe it,
fear will keep surfacing.

It’s not here to punish you. It’s here to guide you.
It shows you where the misalignment is,
where something still feels separate.

But once you integrate the knowledge into your body,
once it becomes part of your lived experience,
everything starts to shift.

The fear softens.
The confidence rises.
Because you know it. Not just in your mind, but in your bones.

So take a moment to reflect.
Think about all the wisdom you’ve already gathered,
through books, trainings, lived experiences.

Then ask yourself:

What is one practice I can fully embody right now that will support my soul’s next step?

Listen for the answer.

And then… live it.
Breathe it.
Practice it.
DAILY!

Let it become second nature.
Let it root into your body.
And as it does, watch the imposter syndrome fade away.

Because the more you embody,
The more you remember who you truly are.
