I was asked "what love is" and this Isa what I came up with what love is to me would love your thoughts on this

Growing old with your person and having the same eyes for each as the day you said "I do" knowing looks will fade hair will fade and no matter what stupid s**t your up to you always have eachothers back no matter what and knowing that your partner will never cheat never lie no matter the lie even if they know the truth will hurt the truth is the truth and they will love and appreciate you more for that vs a lie love is being upset but still holding the umbrella on a rainy day it's protecting each other at all costs it's holding out your hand to catch your person when you slam on the brakes it's making then a priority not an option it's wanting to take care for one another it's wanting to explore and share your world with and opening up and being vulnerable to each other and protecting each others heart that they have bared to you and given you it telling them everything that can bring you down and crush your vary soul and trusting they won't because they just want to build you up to be the best version of yourself you can be to me that's what love is I mean it's also so much more but you get my drift
