Put your daughter in Jiu Jitsu.

Because when you do, you will give her the opportunity to never feel like just because she’s a girl, she can’t do something only a boy could do.

Because it will empower her to feel stronger both mentally and physically.

Because it will give her a sense of sisterhood and community that is hard to find else where now a days.

Because when she learns how to protect herself, she doesn’t need anyone else to protect her. And that type of confidence and independence learnt at a young age is the best investment you can make on her being able to do anything she sets her mind to.

Because you owe it to her to give her all the necessary tools it takes to problem solve, feel in control of her environment and stand up for herself if she ever needs to.

Bravé on Gateway… are you ready!? 50% complete renovations.

I’m no project manager but being in here every second day and coordinating the trades has been a learning curve to say the least. Learning lots and making decisions on the fly. We can’t wait for you to see the final result!

Opening up our second location would not be possible without Coach Prince & Nader. In the past couple months they both have undergone extensive training and development to prepare for Bravé Operations being in two places at once.

From member experience, onboarding, trial bookings on top of developing the kids curriculum and executing it on the mats, there would be no two locations without these guys.

Grateful and thankful for the best team. Countdown to Bravé on Gateway begins!!

Congrats to Deepak on earning his blue belt! We have seen Deepak make a lot of improvements in his game and in how he shows up his practises. Especially since the past 6 months 👊 he’s been with us since the beginning of the basement days and we look forward to seeing him pace the way and lead by example. Osss

11 Lions levelled up this past weekend! 🦁 proud of all our kids on the team. This promotion is a testament to the hard work the entire group brings each practise. If it weren’t for the entire group showing up with the willingness to learn that they bring to every practise, no one would grow.

There’s no bigger room then a room full of improvement. Osss 🙏
