Breaking the cycle of Trauma and Addictions: If we have learned anything from the errors of our past it ought to be that we have control over our own destiny and over our own problems. In order to reverse the impacts of our pasts we as a whole have to recognise the mistakes we have made, We need to focus on a recovery focused on healthy attachements and healthy coping strategies in the context of

restoring our identity, and pride. Healing and recovery strategies that adress the attachment and dissociative disorders we as a whole all have.
