YES - it just doesn’t need to be immediate!!

After arousal or or**sm, your pelvic floor and surrounding tissues are still ACTIVE 🌹 which can make urination more difficult or even uncomfortable!

Instead, wait a few minutes (usually 5-10) 🥰 cuddle, chat, have a sip of water. Allow some space for your body to come down and relax, so it feels natural to p*e - not forced!
