I started my day off a short pause to apply and breathe in Bergamot - a beautiful, uplifting, and refreshing oil to start off any day with, but particularly so today as I was stressed about all the things I needed to do.

Instead, now I am easily moving through my to do list, and looking forward to my day instead of stressing about it!!

Shift your day by pausing for a moment to smell and/or apply your favorite uplifting oil!!

Sometimes we just need to pray.
Prayer for Ukraine
In a world where there is a HIGHER POWER. Where TRUTH is Absolute. Where all living things grow toward the LIGHT.
Feeling that light within us. Feeling it expand until it becomes ONE with all others. Expanding even more until all single lights become ONE with the Universal LIGHT, surrounding Ukraine with its protection.
Feeling the helplessness of this moment yet knowing that before we come into the light we endure darkness like a flower bulb lying dormant deep in the black soil. The plant endures. It knows its mission is to reach the light. Nothing can stop the plant from reaching beyond expectation to see the light of day. Springing ever upward into a new brighter day. Emerging fully into the light and its Higher Power.
In full gratitude knowing that this is the truth of all things.
We release this prayer, each of us being a light unto all others, knowing darkness is not forever.
And so it is.

Finally got brave and made my own candle using Christmas Spirit a few days ago...yes I know Christmas is over LOL but I love the citrusy woodsy smell of the Christmas Spirit oil!!!
