Sometimes real estate has to happen on a backroad when you make a last minute plan to escape to the mountains. The bit of time amending the offer allowed my buyer client the opportunity to win a townhouse in multiple offers. And now they have some time to figure out if it is the right home after reviewing condo documents and getting the property inspection done.

An unexpected thank you card and bottle of wine for helping a family figure out next steps with a loved one. As a real estate agent with a background in seniors care and housing, part of what I do is to give direction to my clients so they can better understand how to advocate for their loved one needing care and support. Our healthcare system can feel complicated at times, and managing housing and downsizing decisions on belt of a loved one can be even more overwhelming.
