Faculty of Law Mental Health and Wellness Committee The Mental Health & Wellness Committee (MHWC) is new to the UofA Law Centre as of '14. Our Aims? Improve student life, reduce stress & raise awareness.

The Faculty of Law Mental Health and Wellness Committee is committed to helping students manage the pressures and specific stresses of law school by promoting healthy habits, offering mindful activities, and acting as a channel of peer support. The Committee provides general information, support, and stress-reducing events that reflect useful aids of peers who have been through similar degrees of difficulty in managing school stresses.
