Throat & third eye Chakra Yoga & Group Emotion Code Release.

Throat Chakra is all about communication on a deeper level, communicating emotions, personal truths and honouring ourselves & our boundaries. The brow or third eye chakra is about perception of self and the world around us and also has a connection to dreams & planning ahead.

In this class we use the duo of yoga poses and Emotion Code focused on these chakras to create balance and help harmonize the chakra system.

Leave this class recharged and relaxed. Aligning these areas we will support clarity, honesty and honouring your own voice & vision.

We shifted this event to this Wednesday February 21st.
We have a few drop in spots available. This class will incorporate gentle beginner friendly yoga focusing on balancing the Solar Plexus & Heart Chakras.
