These SHA appointment days will continue at HGCC until the recently purchased building in Elbow has completed renovations and is ready to be used for all things health and wellness 🩺

(And reminder there is also an appointment day this coming Monday April 13 with dietician and you can find the details for that on a previous post)

Big Announcement 📣

This exciting news has been in the works behind the scenes for the last few months, and now we can share with all Line 19 Communities!

This building will be the centre for all things health and wellness, to serve every one of our Line 19 communities.

Renovations will be starting soon, followed by an official opening and services starting to work out of this space!

Although the generous donors have allowed us the purchase of this building and ability to start renovations, we are hoping to do some fundraising in the upcoming months to have funds that support making this space as beautiful, accessible, and desirable for future healthcare providers and patients/clients.

We’re excited to share that our first Saskatchewan Health Authority appointment day in Elbow was a great success! Because of the strong community interest and positive feedback, we are continuing these SHA service days in our community.

📍 Line 19 Registered Nurse Visit
🗓 Friday, March 27
📌 Harbor Golf Community Center
⏰ Bookings available from 8:00am–4:00pm
🚶 Drop-ins available as time allows

Stephanie Aadland, RN, will be offering support with:
• Diabetes management
• Cardiac education
• Stroke education
• COPD management
• Smoking cessation
• Chronic disease education
