Sometimes weekends don’t begin exactly how you thought they would, and then somehow become exactly what you, and everyone with you, needed.

Join us as we venture back into our 13th season of outdoor adventures with the always popular Hike & Adamo Winery Brunch event!

We will spend approximately 90 minutes on an energizing fall hike at the most gorgeous time of year in Ontario, followed by a delicious brunch at Adamo Estate Winery. Have you experienced Brunch Towers yet? Add a mimosa or sangria and you have just had the most epic fall day 🍁🍁🍁

FITcamp Goes Online returns TOMORROW at 9:00am Fridays.

Join us for 30 minutes on Zoom and put a great big ✅ on your workout for the day. You can even leave your camera off! Plus we may have a little fun on occasion 😉

Can’t make the live session or want to repeat the workout? I email the recording out right after class for anyone who wants it.

But what IS FITcamp anyway? Think of it like bootcamps older, wiser sister! Muscle, mobility, and a little heart pumping, focused on women over 40!

Sharing the incredible landscape of Elora with this early morning group, along with my cohost (last video - she stuck with us the entire time, even down into the gorge!)

Body movement, nature therapy, time to reflect and set goals for the day, strawberry tasting (thanks ) and a little ginger & tumeric shot for good measure. All before 8:30am 🤩

What an honour when women not only trust you with their valuable free time but show up so full of positive energy and openness on a gorgeous June Saturday.

They showed up to get out and move their bodies in nature. They showed up to spend a little time “me time” on their mats in the park under the trees with the sound of the waterfall and the buzz of the Farmers Market in the instance. They showed up to connect with each other over a shared meal. And if we’re really honest, they mostly showed up for the poolside frozen mango margaritas 😎

Angela and I would like to thank our community for their support in all of these awesome events and retreats. We couldn’t do it without you ❤️

KELOWNA HIKE & WINERY RETREAT 2025

I’m not sure I have ever had the pleasure of a retreat crew more willing to try new things, more open to new ideas and perspectives and as appreciative of our incredible country as this one 🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦

We spent most of our time finding adventures outside, minus screens, news and other distractions, to be fully immersed in our surroundings and our company. We were gloriously selfish with our own needs. We enjoyed incredible food & drink for its nourishment and pleasure as opposed to its calorie count or judgement.

I knew when I chose to skip the annual April Florida retreat (for obvious reasons) and return to Kelowna it would be awesome, but I had no idea HOW awesome.

Here’s to the beginning of NEW traditions. Are you joining me next time? ⛰️🇨🇦🍷

SPRING INTO MOVEMENT IN CENTRE WELLINGTON 💪🧘‍♂️🌲

(Spring will eventually come, I swear 😉)

We love having you in our FITcamp classes and fun adventure events, especially in the outdoor season, but maybe you want to move in different ways? Maybe our schedule doesn’t work for you? Fortunately, we are blessed with a lot of awesome movement opportunities in our neighborhood! Pick what works for you and let’s get moving this spring 😎

- if hot yoga is your thing, you have to check out Angela’s beautiful studio. They are also at the in the nicer weather
fitandfabulous - fun and super efficient classes with Sarah including evening timeslots right in Fergus

- so many great teachers at this studio, and a great inclusive vibe for those of us that aren’t regular yogis

- movement classes with the super knowledgable Aimee at CW Raquets

- mat Pilates at their studio in Fergus as well as occasionally as a special event

- I’ve heard ALOT of great things about these reformer classes - I need to get here soon and try!

Please join us for a well deserved break! Some time just for you to unwind, get into nature, practice a little breathwork and maybe be a little creative with paint. Have a delicious homemade lunch prepared for you. Enjoy a little mini massage. Connect with other women in similar situations. Let those shoulders down and exhale.

In an upside down world, never underestimate the power of a trip to the Farmers Market, a super long walk and an at home Mexican night 🤩🌮🇲🇽

Side note but related - how is there no margarita or tequila emoji?!?

Grab your partner, your BFF or someone you know could really use it and go do something, ANYTHING, fun!
