Well, we are still alive! The last fee weeks were quite busy with work, kids and sickness.

We are now back at it and still working on some projects in the house.

Funny but not funny….here is the face anyone would make coming in the house to fix something. Today, we have some electricians in and that’s exactly the reaction they had! Thank god they are fixing a few things … one plug in particular was pretty close on starting a fire 🫣!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Emerald Park Homes Ltd. for their amazing work and professionalism since our first meeting last year.

All the hidden issues were tricky to deal with but they took time to assess, do the proper testing and find the best solutions possible to fix our house. I should also mentioned that we were able to live in the house through all the major renovation done this summer.

A big thank you to everyone involved in the process, we are so grateful for all your hard work.
We still have a few things to get done and some work on the inside but I can’t wait to share the final pictures very soon.

Little sneak peek before the final pictures are revealed. 👀

Scaffolding is down, lots of work has been done and just a few things remaining on the outside.
We are also working hard to get most of the inside done.

I have to admit this is one of my favorite colors in the house … Calypso Blue from BehrPaint 💙
The whole house … in and out will soon be fully done with Behr colors!

The second picture is the final result from the Jack and Jill kids’ bathroom! Blue moon bay and pixel white were used to paint and the new floor makes the room looks so much bigger!

Lots of work but it is so rewarding to see the results!

Welllll…the last 3 weeks have been more than busy and there is a lot of changes inside and outside at the house!

This picture represents one of the projects we wanted to do when we first move … and since we discovered yesterday that the vent isn’t to code 🧐😳🙄 we will move a little faster on doing this as well!!
