We’re expanding team-based primary care to improve local access, continuity, and timely follow-up for patients in our communities. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Evansburg (Towers Medical Clinic)
• 1 × Registered Nurse (RN) – Team-Based Primary Care: chronic disease check-ins, results/refills, women’s health support, and rapid-access minor concerns—working closely with physicians to keep care moving efficiently.
