Today's the day I start a digital journal of all I am grateful for .
Gratitude is the attitude that I need to work on daily.
I resolve to make this a priority.
As I am reflecting on my life, I wonder why it's so easy to think of things I don't have.
It's actually work to consciously stop these invading thoughts.
Meditating on gratitude isn't always easy when you look around you and see what you don't have.
I know if I let those pervading thoughts be prevalent and don't kick them out mentally, I will be stuck in the same place I was yesterday and the day before.
So today I am changing my attitude to one of gratitude 🙏 ✨️ 😌
I will call it my gratitude muscle 💪 🙏 ♥️
I need to do this so I can fight the depression and low thought vibrations with strength and vigor.
With gratitude you change your energy field instantly.
Ok so to some it may sound hokey but it's actually true.
Start with 3 things today and then 5 things tmrw work up to 10 things by the end of the week.
That's how you flex your gratitude muscle.
I am aiming to wake up with thoughts of gratitude daily so that it's my armor against the negative people swarming the world.
Ting ting the negative words and actions of others cannot pe*****te my shield of gratitude
1. Grateful to my creator
2.Grateful for my children
3. Grateful that I woke up today with the ability to change my.life however I choose.
