I have WAY too much fun!

This week, I got to sit down with the lovely to discuss some topics near as dear to my heart - yes, abundance blocks in spiritual practice - and some really interesting (and magical) experiences Kelle had in a very special house.

What does your heart want you to see today?

I’m still working through the leftover congestion from my flu last week. Gratefully, I can again sit for some time in meditation.

Why?

Because when I meditate consistently, not only does it sharpen my spiritual connection but it helps feel mentally calm when the world around me feels panicked.

It’s Monday and honestly my heart is so full. I’m not saying my life is easy or perfect - far from it actually. But I am so in love with witnessing people make small choices and changes that will make big impacts in their lives in the future. I love people choosing to love themselves.

That can look like connecting with their spirit people and feeling the continued connection - relieving the fear of them disappearing into no where. Continuing their education, leaving spaces that no longer feel good. Leaning into their own strength and seeking help when it they need it.

This past weekend and week before were so full of that and it’s joyful that the world is a better place because of it.

So as I wait to start my first reading of the week, I’m thinking about mindset

Mind set is two fold.

It can make or break us.
It impacts everyone we interact with and shapes how those people interact with us.

Between mediumship, Reiki, and intuitive work, I see this play out all the time.

How is your mind set moving you forward, helping you see and experience miracles, inspire and comfort those around you?

Lately, I have had a few clients come in saying,
“I don’t know if this is real, but I keep hearing the phrases that they used to use- even the weird ones,”
or
“I keep hearing their voice in my head. Am I making that up?”

Short answer?
No.

Sometimes spirit show up quietly - a dream that stays with you, a memory that pops in strong, or even just that persistent feeling they are near. That’s often how it begins.

Mediumship doesn’t always mean fireworks and chills.
It can be subtle, familiar, even practical.

If someone has been on your mind lately there may be a reason - sometimes a reason as simple as to let you know that you’re not alone or forgotten. Sometimes there may be a little more.

To feel seen can feel like the moment of breakthrough, peace, safety, love - of validation.

So many people move through life feeling unseen. Not just unnoticed—but unseen in the soul. Their pain, their joy, their story quietly tucked away, waiting for a moment or a person who will truly see them without judgment, without agenda. Just presence.

One of the most sacred parts of my work is holding space. Creating a container where souls feel safe to soften. To speak. To breathe. To remember who they are beneath the noise and the armor.

In this space, you are not rushed.
You are witnessed.
You are honored.
You are seen.

This kind of presence is healing in itself. It’s where energy shifts. Where grief loosens. Where the light finds its way back in.

If you’ve ever felt invisible, unheard, or spiritually alone—know this: you are not meant to carry it all in silence.

I’m here to hold space for you. With gentleness. With reverence. With open hands and an open heart.

You are seen. You are sacred. You are never alone.

Something I’ve learned in my work as a medium: the most profound messages often come through in the quietest moments, not the dramatic ones.

If you’re waiting for a big sign or cosmic revelation today, consider that sometimes the guidance is much simpler - take care of yourself, be kind to the people around you, trust that you’re doing the best you can with what you have.

That’s not mystical, but it’s real. And sometimes real is the message and exactly what we need.

Big thank you to everyone that attended yesterday’s ! Wonderful workshops, speakers, and vendors.
