Starting over isn’t a sign of failure—it’s a sign of courage. No matter your age, it’s OK to change direction, pursue something new, or rebuild from the ground up. Life doesn’t come with a deadline for growth or happiness.

We evolve.

What worked for us at 25 might not suit us at 45, and that’s normal. Whether it’s a new career, a fresh relationship, or simply choosing a healthier mindset, starting over means you’re still choosing you—and that’s powerful.

There’s no age limit on becoming who you want to be.

As of September 1, I’ll be closing my private practice and pressing pause on my wellness business. This decision comes after deep reflection, and I’m moving forward with clarity, gratitude, and a full heart.

This work has been one of the most meaningful and transformative chapters of my life. More than just a business, it’s been a space for growth, healing, and connection—not only for those I’ve had the honor of working with, but for myself as well.

I feel incredibly proud of what has been built and shared here, and now I feel called in a new direction—one that still honors my values and passion for supporting others, but through a different lens.

To everyone on here-thank you! Your trust, presence, and willingness to grow alongside me have meant the world. I carry that with me into what’s next.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply a new chapter.

I’ll still be here, just showing up differently. More to come soon.
