I’ve always believed in following your heart and your passion — and sometimes that means letting go of what no longer fills your soul.
With that in mind, I’ve made the decision to close my business and fully pursue my career, which has truly taken off and continues to help me grow in ways I never imagined.
I’m incredibly proud of myself for diving in headfirst, learning everything about small business and content creation from scratch, and giving it my all.

This isn’t an ending. It’s the beginning of a new chapter.
As I move forward, I’m also taking some time to reflect on what I want to do with my social media…
I may keep my accounts active, but with a new focus — shifting more toward fitness, movement, and sharing what it’s really like to work out and show up consistently while living with an autoimmune condition. Whether that means tracking my journey, learning as I go, or simply being honest about the ups and downs, I’m allowing myself the space to evolve.
I’m excited, a little nervous, and very open to where this next season leads. Thank you for being part of the journey — however it continues to unfold. 💛✨
