Join us for a peaceful evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra at The Haven Yoga Studio, where you can unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
The Winter Solstice is the moment when the sun is at its lowest point in the sky, signifying the longest night. "In Darkness there is Light" is a celebration of the Winter Solstice, recognizing this darkest night and the hope it symbolizes. While we honor the darkness, our celebration focuses on the return of light. We rejoice in the longer days to come, the glimmer of light at the end of a dark tunnel, and the understanding that regardless of how dark things may become, light can return.
Unwind and turn inward with a rejuvenating Yin practice that will calm your nervous system and connect you back to yourself.
Enter into Yoga Nidra, for awakening, realization and sovereignty, designed to embrace the leisurely pace of winter and the concept that less can be more.
The Haven is located inside The District Wellness Collective

The studio has all the props and things you need for class (yoga mat, bolster, blocks, blanket, eye pillow) but of course you are more than welcome to bring your own!
Please dress comfortable. The room with will warm (70-ish degrees).
