🌿 Head Spa Update 🌿

Hey everyone, I wanted to give a little update about Head Spa bookings.

Right now, I’m taking a pause on booking new appointments while I slowly work through my waitlist in small, manageable chunks — just trying to keep things balanced and not overwhelm myself. I’ve received your messages about wanting to book (thank you so much!), and I see you! But just a heads-up: your messages might stay unread for a bit until I get to your name on the list.

I also need to share that my head spa sink is currently having a mechanical issue that’s preventing me from doing the treatment. It’s in the process of being fixed, but until it's fully working again, I won’t be able to offer the Head Spa service. Appointments will still stay in the schedule for now, and if the sink isn’t up and running in time for your appointment, I’ll reach out to you directly to let you know and reschedule if needed.

I’ve poured so much into this treatment, and it means the world to me that so many of you are excited about it. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your support. I’ll keep you all posted as things progress! 💆🏻‍♀️🫶🏼

Daily affirmations have become a quiet, grounding ritual in my own wellness practice—something simple that helps me shift my mindset, reconnect, and move through the day with more intention.

I’ve recently brought this little practice into the treatment room. Each day, I pull a card and display it for anyone coming in for a treatment. You’re invited to take a moment to read it as you arrive—let the words land however they need to.

If it resonates, beautiful. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too—maybe it wasn’t meant for you today. Whether it’s something you carry with you throughout the day or simply a gentle reminder in the moment, my hope is that this small offering brings a sense of reflection, presence, or peace as you settle in.
