🌟🎄🎁 First Annual SHV Stocking Program 🎄🎁🌟
Please feel free to drop by the home and donate items that can be placed into resident stockings! This items can be hygiene products, stationary items, crafting supplies, word game books, socks, scarfs, mittens, hats etc! We please just ask no food items! Items can be dropped off any time between 8am-4pm! Items donated will be placed into stockings for our residents! We appreciate all the support from everyone!

🎉🍻 Oktoberfest Fun at Its Finest! 🍂
Residents had an amazing afternoon filled with laughter, trivia, themed drinks, quizzes, and some friendly competition over cup pong! Prost to good times and even better company! 🥨🍺🎯

🌟 Celebrating National Assisted Living & Capture Kindness at Shorthills Villa ⭐️

Last week was National Assisted Living Week and Capture Kindness Week! The theme for Assisted Living week was “Ageless Adventure”!

Our residents travelled to Greece with themed videos, trivia, fun facts and a Greek lunch! Residents also honoured SHV staff with awards for going above and beyond & staff enjoyed a sweet treat in the spirit of kindness! We are so happy to have such kind staff on the floor each and every day!

Any day with Piano Pat is a great day! We started off the day with lively piano music, thanks to Pat! We look forward to having him come in monthly to play our new piano for us!

🌽 Nothing says summer like fresh local corn! 🌽

Our residents had a wonderful time shucking corn together before enjoying it hot and delicious outside in the sun! A simple joy, shared smiles, and lots of laughter made it extra special!
