Yesterday we enjoyed a sweet summer treat - strawberry shortcakes which were served with strawberry lemonade! Nothing better than fresh strawberries from DeVries Fruit Farm ! We enjoyed a yummy treat while chatting with one another!

Today we hosted a Shorthills Villa Farmers Market! A huge thanks to niagarafreshmarket for donating all the fresh goodies! Everyone loved all the fresh items! All of the money is going back to the residents upcoming bus trip! We look forward to doing this again in the future!

We are excited to join the Canadian Cancer Society and CIBC “Run For The Cure” in support of Brest Cancer Awareness and Research!

We will be hosting our own walk here at the home on Sunday October 5th, 2025 at 11:00am! The walk will start at the home and we will walk around the neighbourhood!

Shorthills Villa wants to show our support for breast cancer awareness and research. Many of our residents, staff and families have been touched by cancer in some way, and joining this walk allows us to stand together in hope, remembrance, and strength. By walking, we honour those we have lost, celebrate survivors, and contribute to a future where no one faces breast cancer alone!

If you wish to donate to our group please see the link below! All of the money raised will go directly back to cancer research! We appreciate every one of you and we hope to see you at our walk!!

Today Hailey took some residents for a walk to get a sweet treat! We all enjoyed some gelato from gelatovillage.fonthill ! Perfect treat for a hot day! We look forward to doing this again soon!
