In the Company of Horses is a transformational equine wellness workshop series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your true self, and discover strength, clarity, and calm alongside these deeply intuitive animals.

Each three-hour workshop offers a unique experienceā€”from finding inner resilience, to listening more deeply, to reigniting your creative sparkā€”all while immersed in nature, grounded in stillness, and guided by the wisdom of the herd.

Equine Facilitated Wellness uses the unique qualities of horses to help individuals develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills. It leverages the horsesā€™ ability to reflect human emotions and behaviors, providing immediate and often unbiased feedback to participants. This experiential approach can be beneficial for a wide range of individuals.

What Equine Facilitated Wellness Looks Like at Eunoia:

At Eunoia, Equine Wellness is about reconnectingā€”with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet wisdom of horses. Through guided time with our horses, reflection in nature, and a slow, intentional pace, participants begin to shed stress, tune into their inner voice, and explore new pathways forward.
No previous horse experience is neededā€”just a willingness to show up, as you are.
Our horses are our partners. They respond to energy, emotion, and intention.
They mirror back the truth, without judgment. And in their presence, we remember how to breathe, feel, and listen again.

This group of design professionals came to us with a goal of reconnecting with themselves, each other and their creative purpose. Through embodied experiences with horses, mindful grounding exercises, and reflection, a space was made for rediscovering the ability to lead with purpose, not perfection. We had the best time working with their team, and appreciate their openness and trust in themselves and our equine partners! .are.grant
