READY, SET, GO!!!

Between 9am and 3pm today, we will be hosting a virtual scavenger hunt to raise awareness about addiction services available to Indigenous people locally and across Ontario.

There are two amazing (and we mean amazing) holiday gift baskets to be won, each of which includes gift cards, sweet treats, and Christmas-themed self-care items.

Answers to all the questions can be found online. Only participants with correct answers to all the eight questions will be entered into the draw. We will periodically offer hints to each question throughout the day.

Please note that the hunt ends at 3pm sharp today.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Please note

All programs for Wed Nov 19 will be cancelled. This includes Yoga, Beading Circle, Men's Drum and Aunties Circle. Thank you for your understanding.

Please join us in welcoming Ashley to the team!

Ashley brings with her valuable expertise in many areas, including PERINATAL MOOD AND ANXIETY DISORDERS. Perinatal refers to pregnancy and the year after childbirth. During this time, many women struggle with anxiety and depression. This can include intense feelings of sadness, hopelessness, fatigue. irritability and difficulty connecting with the baby and others. Early identification and support is critical to prevent symptoms from worsening.

Please call us to book an appointment with Ashley.
