Did you know that we have a Social-Respite Program that gives your child the opportunity to make friends and practice friendship skills while you get to take a break?! We have 2 locations, are open 7 days a week and currently have openings in all age groups. We are also able to direct-bill FSCD for respite hours (with valid contract).

Our hearts are with the Tumbler Ridge community following the devastating events this week.

Tragedies like this can bring up fear, grief, anger, confusion, and deep sadness, even for those far from the community. For children, teens, and adults, it's normal to feel shaken or overwhelmed when something like this happens.

Please check in on the people around you. Talk openly with your children at an age-appropriate level, limit exposure to distressing media, and reach out for support if you are struggling.

You do not have to carry this alone. If you or someone you love needs support, please reach out to a mental health professional or local crisis resources.
