I have training in the areas of yoga, meditation, trauma, pranayama, and flow breath. I have spent years working through my own anxieties, complexes and trauma. I realize just how much the tools that I have learned over the years have paved the way to my deeper healing of who I was. I believe deeply that each and every one of us can shift from the life we are surviving to a life where we are thriving. My biggest goal in life since the time I was young was to help people. I realized that in order to help people I first and foremost had to help myself. To find a peace deep within the chaos of my life and to learn how to uncover it, cultivate it, and ultimately nourish it with a daily practice of showing up for myself over and over again. Meeting myself where I am at each day and choosing the path of growth more often than choosing the path of stagnancy (Which I did do for years). I am here to grow, learn, and teach, most of all though, I am here to hold space and guide those who wish know more.
