12 week check-in: improvement season

Sitting at 115lbs (11lbs above β¬οΈ stage weight). Feeling strong every weight training session, and improving each week. Cardio was increased to 30mins approx. X 5 days this week. Calories sat at 1600 this week, with focus on water & protein.
I plan to keep everything the same for the next few weeks. My training will continue to focus on glute building, with some delt & back work a couple days a week.
Next check-in will be in 4 weeks π. Hoping to see a bit more changes over the next 3 months. At which time I will decide if I will start a prep or build more π.
Less than 2 weeks I will be 45!
