Unfortunately yesterday I was involved in a car accident.

The poor truck is rather munched.

I'm a bit sore.

Could have been a lot worse.

I was treated a few hours later, which helped immensely.

I iced last night.

I took measures to deal with any whiplash, possible concussion and I was definitely experiencing shock yesterday.

Otherwise, I'm ok and just rolling with whatever aches, pains, stiffness my body is throwing at me.
