It's been a tough couple days; I live with Bipolar and depression and other s**t but these two and the ADHD, anxiety tend to mess with me the most. I walked yesterday for 45mins for active recovery day 1 but wasn't feeling anything today. It was a bad night, I had severe urges to use (recovering addict almost 4 months) and I wanted to disappear but instead I showed up for current and future Megan.
I did my 3hr work shift and then a gym session:)
I did it!! I did the 1hr Mountain Summitt on the treadmill :) It felt amazing; 0 breaks needed :) Incline was anywhere from 0-9 and speed was 2.0-3.1mph :) Then a quick shoulder/chest/arm session and I PR'd on dumbbell curls :) It felt amazing!! I also managed 6 push-ups on my toes not full depth but pretty close :)
This workout was mood changing for sure; now home for Chinese food and a movie; treat meal tonight! Week 4 starts tomorrow :)
I will post later about this past week and how these past 3 weeks went :)
Then for s**ts and giggles I let manic megan out for 1 minute and jumped into pool fully clothed lol... it felt refreshing and honestly freeing...
