The Government of New Brunswick has released its Climate Change Risk Assessment, identifying key climate risks and impacts across the province.

We’re pleased to partner with the Climate Change Secretariat to host a webinar on February 20th at 11am AT, providing an overview of the assessment and how it can inform climate adaptation action.

This session will be bilingual (English/French).

Canada’s health leaders—the Canadian Medical Association, Canadian Nurses Association, and Canadian Public Health Association—are calling on the federal government to take urgent action to protect health from worsening climate impacts.

Their new policy brief, 2025 Climate and Health Policy Priorities for Canada, identifies three federal priorities:
• Fund and fully implement the National Adaptation Strategy;
• Apply mandatory climate-resilience and low-carbon standards to the Affordable Housing Fund; and
• Strengthen and enforce federal methane regulations to reduce pollution and protect respiratory health.
