🌍👟 Weekly Update #10 – Team TVFNM26
We’ve officially reached the halfway point in the training schedule—an exciting milestone for the team!

For those who were able to stay on track with the program, you’ve now hit the impressive 100 km mark—congratulations on that achievement. That’s no small feat. For anyone still working through daily targets and challenge days, your effort absolutely counts. Committing to a goal, staying active, and continuing to show up is something to be proud of.
This week is a well-earned rest and recovery week. While the TVF Nijmegen 4-Day March team will continue walking, distances will be reduced to 10–15 km per day, and there will be no challenge day. The priority now is recovery—keeping the body moving while allowing it to recharge. Focus on stretching, mobility, and listening to your body as we prepare to transition into the longer-distance phase ahead.

On the registration front, momentum continues to build. Numbers are dropping steadily—by 40–50 spots per day—which is incredibly encouraging. If this trend continues, we can expect availability to tighten even further in the coming days.

And finally, the weather has been on our side lately, making each walk more enjoyable and rewarding. It’s a welcome boost that makes the journey that much more satisfying.
Let’s carry this positive energy forward. Stay optimistic, stay motivated, and keep moving toward your goals.
