Balance With Reiki
I am here to hold space for you while you begin your healing journey towards becoming whole. Mind , Body, Sprit. You have everything you need inside of you. Together lets use the keys given to us to unlock the door to wellness.
Tracey has been practicing energy medicine since 2011 after loosing her beloved father. She began practicing on herself to heal from the grief and stress of the loss. Since that time Tracey has taken many courses and received many certifications in energy medicine. She now incorporates all of them in one amazing treatment that only Tracey can provide in a very unique package. Using The Holy Fire Reiki meditation she will guide you down into a state of deep relaxation followed by hands off ( clearing your auric field) and hands on healing balancing and opening the bodies energy centres called chakras. Followed by beautiful sounds from her many sound tools. Tracey has clear quartz chakra singing bowls, tuning forks and the amazing Paste planetary Venus gong. Each and every session is unique to you and your healing journey.
Every session is followed by a card reading to give you some guidance from spirit.
