Steps to register:

1. Select class you want to book. (Sunday yoga is downtown, Keswick Yoga will appear when dates and times are confirmed)

2. Select date and then the time. You have to click on the time also to select it

3. Enter info and confirm!

UPDATED:
To help better manage attendance with the addition of the new upcoming classes in Keswick, I have setup a booking system.
Sunday morning downtown classes are on the calendar for booking.

Keswick classes, we are still working on finalizing the date and times. We should have more information in the coming weeks!

Coming Soon!!!

​I am very excited to announce that I’ll be bringing a new Gentle Flow Yoga series to the Keswick community starting this February! Whether you are experienced or have never stepped onto a mat, these classes are designed for you.
​My mission is to create an inclusive, supportive space where everyone feels welcome. We will focus on the harmony of mind, body, and soul through accessible movement and intentional breathing.

• ​Level: All levels welcome (No experience required!)
• ​Start Date: Mid-February (Exact schedule coming soon)

Current Sunday classes will remain unchanged, cost of 10$ and location at Sole Collective Studio on Queen Street stays the same.

🥳Birthday month special for 1 free class during you birthday month is still available. (I dont need to know the date exact, just that its your b-day during the month)

❄️ Embrace the Stillness: Winter Solstice & Moon Salutations 🌙

​Tonight marks the Winter Solstice—the shortest day and the longest night of the year.
In the yoga tradition, this is a sacred "pause" before the light begins its slow return.

​While Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) are about heat, energy, and action, the Winter Solstice calls for the cooling, reflective energy of Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar).

Unlike the linear flow of a Sun Salutation, Moon Salutations move in a circular pattern across the mat.
​
Let’s step out of the holiday rush and back into our bodies.
