Why puzzles?

🧠💥 Burnout happens when your brain’s emotional center (aka the drama queen 🫠) hijacks the mic and shoves your rational brain into the corner like it’s on a timeout.

The fix? Get both brain hemispheres working together like a well-rehearsed boy band 🎤🕺—feels, logic, rhythm, and all.

Engaging both sides = better emotional regulation, clearer thinking, and less “Why did I cry in the grocery store again?”

Balance your brain. Save your sanity. Maybe even remember where you put your keys. 🧘‍♀️✨🗝️

Boundaries. Tough to set, tough to enforce. I think the reason so many people struggle with them is because you also need two essential skills to effectively set boundaries:
*the ability to set and implement appropriate consequences to breeches of boundaries
*assertive communication
If you haven’t mastered these two things, setting boundaries may seem impossible.
These two things are not easy, but they are extremely learnable and they are just two of the many tools you can learn in the Beat Burnout Blueprint. 💪

Sometimes, I annoy myself with repetition. One of the things I repeat constantly in my 12 week program and also in 1:1 therapy sessions is the importance of small, (TINY) incremental changes. That is where change and growth lives. Don’t like your sleep schedule? Go to bed 10 minutes earlier tonight. Eating garbage foods? Introduce one healthy food today-put a few blueberries on your Foot Loops. Grand gestures don’t facilitate change! Little ones do tho! What can you do today to make the changes you want to see?

Part of healing means you have to learn how to tolerate and accept your feelings. Positive ones are easy; we enjoy the happy and exciting and rewarding ones. But feelings of sadness, anxiety or hurt are seemingly intolerable. But pushing them away or avoiding them does not make them go away. Sitting in it 🪑 lets you move through them.
