I’m so pleased to share that Ritual & Story’s first offering is officially launching this fall!

✨ Ritual & Story: A Creative Exploration of Narrative and Healing

📅 October 14 – November 18, 2025
🕖 Mondays, 7:00 – 8:30 PM
📍 732 Charlotte Street, Fredericton, NB

Ritual & Story is a six-week creative writing and self-reflection series designed to help you explore your inner narratives through symbolic storytelling, intuitive prompts, and simple at-home rituals.

Through writing, reflection, and (optional) sharing, you’ll engage with practices that honour both the difficulty and beauty of the human experience — all within a trauma-informed, inclusive space.

This is not therapy, but it complements healing work beautifully, helping you develop language for your lived experiences, process emotions symbolically, and integrate your insights through ritual and reflection.

About Me

I’m Angie Landry — writer, editor, intuitive guide, and energy healing practitioner. I bring lived experience as a trauma and eating disorder survivor, as well as a background in writing, publishing, communications, and feminist scholarship. I’m certified in Intuitive Energy Healing (Levels 1 & 2) and blend intuitive insight with ritual writing, sacred storytelling, and emotional release practices.

Ritual & Story is a space for creative restoration, energetic insight, and soul-led self-expression. I’m so looking forward to gathering with those who feel called to this work.

🌕 Buck Moon: A Time to Rise

On Thursday, July 10, the Buck Moon reaches its fullest light, a powerful time to reflect, release, and reclaim your strength.

Named for the season when deer begin to grow their antlers, the Buck Moon invites us to step into a new version of ourselves, one that takes up more space, speaks with more courage, and carries lessons from the wild.

This moon asks:
✨ What am I growing into?
✨ What have I outgrown?
✨ Where am I being called to rise?

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need to begin again, with intention, softness, and a little fire.

Ways to work with this moon:
🌿 Write and burn a release list under the moonlight
🦌 Take a walk in nature and move like you trust your body
đź’§ Charge water or tools with the energy of renewal
📖 Journal on what you’re ready to embody, no more shrinking

Affirmation:
“I shed what no longer fits me and rise into my strength.”

Let this moon be a marker. A moment to claim your space in the story you’re rewriting, one ritual at a time.

✨ To the ones who’ve learned to expect the worst ✨

You didn’t choose to be cynical.
You didn’t ask to live in survival mode.
But life taught you that hope was risky,
that joy was fleeting,
that safety was always one step away from loss.

If you’ve spent years waiting for the other shoe to drop…
If your nervous system is wired for vigilance instead of ease…
If abundance feels like a beautiful idea that never quite belonged to you

I want you to know:
You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
You were protecting yourself the best way you knew how.

But maybe now
you’re ready to believe in more.
Not because it’s easy.
But because your soul is done shrinking.

An abundance mindset isn’t just about money.
It’s about receiving
love, support, rest, joy, opportunities,
without questioning if you deserve it.

This is the work:
✨ Soothing the part of you that braces for pain.
✨ Rewriting the story that says good things aren’t for you.
✨ Practicing trust in a life that doesn’t have to be a battle.

Every day, I remind myself: I am safe enough to open.
To want.
To receive.
To expect beauty instead of loss.

And you are too.

You’ve probably heard it: “We rise by lifting others.”

But if you’ve spent years lifting everyone else while neglecting your own needs, that version of rising may feel more like falling.

This is your permission to flip the script. Rising starts with lifting ourselves first. It begins with meeting your nervous system where it is. With unlearning the belief that love means self-sacrifice. With choosing restoration over depletion.

This isn’t selfishness. It’s nervous system hygiene. It’s emotional maturity. It’s a radical act of reclamation, especially if you were raised in systems that praised your caretaking and overlooked your pain. When you resource yourself first, you create a foundation strong enough to rise. And from that place, you can support others in a way that is grounded, generous, and real.

Reframe the story: We rise by lifting ourselves first. That’s how we rise together.

06/18/2025

It’s not distance, detachment, or a cold shoulder—it’s nervous system hygiene.

When we’ve spent years overriding our own signals, always tending to the emotional climate around us, it’s revolutionary to say:
“No, I’m not mad. I just can’t regulate your nervous system and mine at the same time.”

This is the work of healing. Of returning to yourself. Of honouring your capacity without apology. Let this be your reminder today: Protecting your peace doesn’t make you selfish. It makes you sovereign.

🖋️ Journal prompt for Father’s Day

What parts of my story still need to be witnessed? What do I wish I could say to my father, a father figure, or the father in me?”

Take your time. There’s no right answer, just your truth, unfiltered.🌲

After writing, try this:
Place your feet flat on the ground.
Take a few slow breaths.Imagine roots extending from your feet into the earth, steady and ancient.
Whisper to yourself: “I am safe. I am allowed to feel it all.”

You’re not broken for needing space today.
You’re not alone in the layers.
You’re allowed to rewrite the story.

You are the author of your own healing✨

Ritual & Story

You don’t have to understand someone’s path to honour it. Eventually, you’ll watch someone you love make choices that don’t make sense to you.
But their soul has its own map. Like yours does.

Everyone’s journey is sacred, even when it’s messy or hard to witness. You don’t need to carry or correct anyone else’s experience. You need to walk your own with reverence.

06/12/2025

Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt drained?

That’s your energy field speaking to you.

Energetic boundaries aren’t about building walls, they’re about becoming deeply discerning about what (and who) you allow into your space.

They’re rituals of self-respect.
They’re how we reclaim our power in a world that constantly pulls at our spirit.

Ground yourself.
Cleanse your field.
Trust your no.

Practice saying yes only when it feels like truth in your bones.

Your energy is sacred. Start treating it that way.

You are the author of your own healing.

You feel everything—and that’s not a flaw. You might be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP): a deep feeler, an intuitive soul, someone who notices what others miss.In a world that praises hustle, your sensitivity is a quiet strength.

At Ritual & Story, we honour that truth—through grounding rituals, intuitive support, and space to reconnect with who you truly are.You are not too much. You are the author of your own healing.

Have you ever felt like you
didn’t quite fit in?

Like you were too sensitive.
Too emotional.
Too much?

Like you felt things others didn’t…

But didn’t understand why that made you different?

For so long, you may have tried to soften, shrink, be less.

Waiting for someone to tell you that you were enough.

That you were smart enough.
Grounded enough.
Intuitive enough.
Enough.

Then everything cracked open.
Burnout.
Loss.
Grief, not just from the loss of others, but from letting go of the versions of yourself that no longer served you.

And in that unraveling, you stopped waiting.

You started listening.
You started choosing yourself.

This is where your healing journey begins.

A space for tenderness.
For transformation.
For turning grief into gold.

Through story, ritual, and intuition, you reclaim your truth: You were never too much. You have always been the author of your own healing.

Stay close. Something exciting is coming.

This is just the beginning.
