🫀👣 Simple Foot Exercises That Support Cardio Health (All Mobility Levels)
Keeping your feet moving helps support circulation, heart health, and overall mobility. Small movements add up, and you don’t need to be highly active to see benefits.
Try these gentle, accessible exercises:
👣 Ankle pumps
Point your toes away, then pull them back toward you. Great for circulation and can be done seated or in bed.
👣 Toe curls & spreads
Curl your toes, then spread them wide. Helps keep joints flexible and muscles active.
👣 Heel raises
Lift your heels while seated or standing, then slowly lower. Supports blood flow in the lower legs.
👣 Marching in place
Seated or standing, lift one foot at a time at a comfortable pace.
Even a few minutes a day can encourage better circulation and support heart and foot health. Movement should feel safe, gentle, and manageable for your body.
👣 Healthy feet make it easier to stay active, and staying active supports a healthier heart.
