I have been on a real avocado toast kick lately 🥑.

My favourite way to make it is with chopped tomato, salt and pepper, a generous sprinkle of h**p hearts and balsamic glaze.

How do you top your avo toast?

One of my favourite things is making a delicious and nourishing breakfast with my loves. We usually do this at least once on the weekend.

Not only is it fun and creative quality time, but it also gets us up off the couch and sets us up with lots of energy for the day ahead.

These are tofu scramble tacos with pico, avo, pickled onions (recipe on my website), refried beans and a homemade burrito style sauce with plant-based mayo from .

New sandwich alert! 😋

For those of you in the Gananoque area, has a delicious roasted veggie sandwich on HOMEMADE focaccia! 🥪

It is vegetarian, but can be easily be made vegan.

I love this cafe ❤️ (I go there multiple times a week!), but am going through withdrawal this week, as they're closed for a break).

Burrito bowls ftw, always!

This one has roasted sweet potatoes, a black bean and walnut crumble, homemade salsa, cashew burrito sauce, pickled onions and romaine! Yum!

When I host parties, I love to have healthy snacks handy.

Of course, I usually also have a whole candy and treat tower at parties (not pictured). I love me some chocolate, candy and baked goods 🍫🍬

But I find mixing in some veggies, fruit and wholesome snacks can help make you not feel like garbage after a party 🍷

My main findings:
- if veggies and fruits are washed, cut up, and served with a tasty dip (mm dill pickle hummus), people will eat them
- everyone loves berries
- pickles taste better when they're cut into spears 🤷‍♀️ (especially the spicy dills from )
