Is health important to you? Do you live on Salt Spring Island?
We need your voice!!
The last community health needs assessment for Salt Spring Island was completed in 2019. Since then, things have changed a lot. Salt Spring Island is a unique community with unique needs. Strong healthy public policy must be based on accurate and current data, so help us get that data!

Please use the QR code on the image/poster or copy and paste this link https://forms.gle/iheMyTR9APrtE9Ej9 in to your browser.

To honour your time you can opt in at the end of the survey to a draw for a local gift card of your choice. There will be five offered, in the amounts of $300 (2), $200 (2), and $100 (1).

All data that we collect will be reported back to the community in the fall of 2026. To do this work the Salt Spring Health Advancement Network is supported by the CRD and PlanH, BC Healthy Communities fund.

If you would like support to complete the survey or to book an information session with your group please reach out to Amanda Myers at sshealthadvancementnetwork@gmail.com
