Did you know that each chakra has a number, colour, associated area of the body, sound and mudra (hand position)? 🌀🙏✨
A daily check-in with your Chakras can help you pinpoint any problem areas and you stay balanced and aligned.
To get started, use the chart below to focus your energy on each area of the body (physically or intuitively) starting at the root chakra and ending with the crown chakra.
To enhance your connection while tuning in to a chakra, it can be helpful to keep the color in mind.
Chakras also have different vibrations or sounds. Try using your voice while tuning in to each chakra, this will help you feel the vibration in your body.
You can also try doing hand positions or mudras while you tune into each chakra. Mudras help focus the mind, improve concentration and balance your energy. 🙏
Once you’ve pinpointed the chakra(s) that need some TLC, take five or 10 minutes to journal or speak your thoughts out loud. This brief time spent focusing on yourself will help transmute any negative energy and lead to taking aligned action if needed.✨
