Our summer cottage rentals are in full swing with many families enjoying repeat visits to our beautiful lake. This young man has enjoyed fishing our lake for a few years and his patience finally paid off! He landed this 6 pound bass right off the dock!

We wanted to let you know our monthly Wellness Day Retreats will be taking a pause for the summer months.

We had planned for May 31st to be the last one before the summer break, but the timing is not aligning for me to be able to host here at Island View. The healers and practitioners have lots of great events happening soon. Please visit them at the various events or connect with them directly!

But don't worry, we're not disappearing entirely! To keep the wellness vibes going through the summer, we'll be hosting pop-up Wellness Days at various times. These will be fantastic opportunities for a little well-being boost throughout the break. We'll share details about dates, times, and activities as they become available.

And we're already looking forward to welcoming you back for more connection and expansion in the fall! We're excited to announce that we have October 4th booked as our first monthly Wellness Day Retreat in the fall!

These retreat days will offer an even deeper dive into well-being, providing opportunities for more immersive experiences and connection to self and community. We'll be sharing more details about the exciting activities planned for these retreat days as we get closer to October.

In the meantime, we encourage you to enjoy the summer and take care of your well-being. We look forward to seeing you at our pop-up events and again in October for our Wellness Day Retreat!

I wanted to take the time to introduce myself a little more.

My name is Alaina, mother of 2, Registered Nurse, Intuitive Life Coach & Mystic, and Certified HypnoBirthing Educator for the past 12 years.

I am deeply passionate about teaching women how to reclaim their natural birthing instincts and give birth to new possibilities, as nature had always intended for us.

Too often we are taught to fear birth, or to not trust in what we are actually capable of, or even to trust in the very life force that created us and our babies.

We recently hosted a sold out women's retreat. We worked closely with the retreat hosts to create a welcoming environment for their guests. We looked after all the accommodation and catering details, freeing up the hosts to focus on providing programing and an exceptional experience for the attendees.
