One of the biggest misconceptions about psychic mediums is that we are “on” all the time.

That we’re walking through the grocery store hearing messages.
That we can’t shut it off.
That Spirit just interrupts dinner.

🕯️That’s not how HEALTHY mediumship works.

Spirit communication, when practiced ethically, is intentional. It is consent-based. It is opened and closed with discipline. Just like any other professional practice.
If a medium cannot regulate their nervous system, hold boundaries, and choose when they are connecting, that is not a healthy ability… that is overwhelm.

Over the years, especially working in live audience mediumship, I’ve learned this deeply:
🤍The strength of a medium is not measured by how “open” they are.
🤍It’s measured by how grounded they are.

Grounded mediums create safe containers. 🌱
Safe containers allow real evidence to come through clearly.
And clarity is what allows healing to happen.

Mediumship is not about being mystical 24/7.
It’s about being responsible with something sacred. 🌹

This month carried movement in every direction.
Excitement. Emotion. Expansion. Homecoming.

It was filled with special family moments and beautiful chaos all at once. Navigating so much “all over the place” energy while still staying anchored in gratitude and growth.

My podcast with Lisa Boehm Child Loss Support for Grieving Moms launched and it was incredibly meaningful to me. That conversation felt aligned, powerful, and soul-led. I’m so proud of what we created and so grateful for the response.

The Year of the Fire Horse came in full pace and you could feel it. 🔥 Momentum, passion, forward motion.

I packed up and headed home to Regina, reconnecting with my family and my soul family. Hosting the live audience read at the Conexus Arts Center Conexus Arts Centre was something I will never forget. Thank you to every vendor and every single person who showed up and trusted Spirit that night. Bringing in my birthday surrounded by that much love and emotion? Truly sacred.

I also got to bond with my dad’s new dog, Flash, while still feeling so deeply connected to my beautiful Ellie. That kind of love is something I never take for granted.

The journey home had its twists and turns (as life does), but wow… it feels good to settle back in.

February was electric. Spiraled. Transformative.
And with all the beauty it held. I am forever grateful.
Here’s to grounding after the whirlwind and trusting where the fire is leading next. 💫

There’s something about March that feels like movement. 🌿

Not rushed.
Not chaotic.
But intentional.

It’s the quiet shift between seasons. The space where we begin to outgrow old layers. The month that asks us to soften… and strengthen at the same time. 🌸

Strength doesn’t always come from pushing.
Sometimes it comes from allowing.

Allowing yourself to release what’s heavy.
Allowing clarity to rise.
Allowing growth to happen in its own timing. ✨

This month, I’m not forcing transformation.
I’m inviting it.

I’m trusting that every conversation, every opportunity, every challenge, and every blessing is shaping me into a stronger, wiser, more aligned version of myself. 🔥
