Middle Season

Middle Season Supporting women thrive through perimenopause + menopause with confidence and clarity. Real talk. Real support. Helping women feel like themselves again.

Middle Season supports women through perimenopause, menopause + midlife with practical, holistic coaching, real-life education, and no-BS support for feeling better in your body. Reclaiming My Health, My Work, and My Self...

When I decided to take time away from work, I thought I was just pressing pause. But what I was really doing was pressing reset. I needed space to pause, reflect, and realig

n — a journey I know will continue to unfold, teaching me something new about myself every single day. Health and wellness have always been close to my heart. From a young age, I struggled with being overweight, and because of that, my weight, wellness, and mental health have always been at the forefront of every choice I made. It shaped how I moved through the world and how I came to understand that real health is about so much more than numbers — it’s about connection, compassion, and listening to what your body needs. Over the past couple of years, my menopause journey has been one hell of a storm — chaotic, revealing, and deeply transformative. It stripped me down and rebuilt me, showing me what strength, vulnerability, and healing truly look like. Now, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned into my work. I’ve shifted my business from primarily business coaching to include Holistic Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coaching, and I’m proud to now be a Certified Holistic Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coach, currently working toward completing the Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach Program. This next chapter isn’t just about me — it’s about helping other women navigate this same path with knowledge, compassion, and confidence. Whether it’s understanding what’s going on in your body, finding your balance again, or simply feeling like yourself — I want to help you get there. I’ve learned more about myself during this time than I ever imagined — and I’m endlessly grateful for the space to think, heal (we’ll talk about that soon 😉), and truly honour what my body needs in this next phase of life. This is the next chapter of my story — and I’m excited to share how I got here, where I go from here, and hopefully, how I can help you along the way. 💛

Some days in the Middle Season, the workout plan is simple:

Don’t fight your body. 😂👏

This morning with my gal pal, Bethany! In for a light workout.

Because here’s the thing nobody tells women in perimenopause and menopause…

Your body suddenly becomes that one friend who refuses to cooperate unless conditions are PERFECT. 😅

Too much stress?
She revolts.

Too much cardio?
Inflammation.

Not enough sleep?
Puffy face and cortisol belly enter the chat. 🙃

So today’s mission isn’t “beast mode.”
Today’s mission is getting my brain and body back in the same group project.

Movement.
Mobility.
Strength.
Breathing.
Nervous system support.
And maybe not swearing at myself in the mirror. Growth. 😂

The Middle Season is realizing you don’t have to punish yourself into health.

You can lose weight.
Build strength.
Feel sexy.
Get energy back.
AND support your hormones at the same time.

Wild concept, I know. 😉

I coach women through sustainable weight loss and weight management in perimenopause and menopause without the toxic diet culture nonsense.

DM me if your body feels like it changed the rules overnight and forgot to send you the memo. 🤍

Rediscovery.

Not of who you used to be.
But of who you’re becoming.

The middle season can feel confusing sometimes.
Your body changes. Your energy changes. Your emotions change.

But underneath all of that…
YOU are still in there.

And maybe this season isn’t about shrinking, fixing or fighting yourself.

Maybe it’s about rediscovering your strength, your confidence, your voice and your spark again. ❤️

I currently have an opening for a FREE 1:1 consult this Friday, May 29th at 1 PM.

Cold. Rainy. Grey skies. ☔️

And honestly? My old self would’ve powered through it with caffeine, stress, and pretending I wasn’t exhausted.

But perimenopause has humbled me REAL fast. 😂

I ran out of coffee yesterday (while literally being at the store 🤦‍♀️), so this morning started with a chamomile latte with almond milk, cozy clothes, slower energy, and giving my nervous system a break for once.

Because sometimes the most healing thing you can do in perimenopause isn’t pushing harder.
It’s slowing down enough to actually hear what your body has been trying to say.

And Henry fully supports this lifestyle. 🐾

Tell me I’m not the only one forgetting random things lately. 👀👇

Anyone else feel like in perimenopause your body suddenly has opinions about EVERYTHING? 😅

Bad knee.
Stiff hips.
Low energy.
Brain fog.
Exhausted before the day even starts… but somehow still wired at night.

And then you feel guilty for not working out “hard enough.”

Here’s your reminder today:

Movement in menopause does NOT need to be punishment.

It does not have to be:
• intense workouts
• endless cardio
• forcing yourself through pain
• trying to shrink yourself

Sometimes movement looks like:
• a walk on the boardwalk
• stretching your stiff body
• dancing in your kitchen
• walking with a cranky knee
• getting fresh air and sunshine
• moving because it helps your mood, stress, sleep, and sanity

That counts too. 👏

So many women stop moving in perimenopause because they’re exhausted, inflamed, sore, overwhelmed, or they think if they can’t go hard… it doesn’t count.

That mindset needs to go.

This season is about supporting your body, not punishing it.

And honestly?
Sometimes a walk, a couple dog pats, fresh lake air, and smiling at strangers does more for your nervous system than another “all or nothing” workout ever could. 😉

DM me “movement” if you want realistic ideas for adding movement into your life without burning yourself out or feeling like you need to become a fitness influencer overnight 😂

Anyone else feel like their legs suddenly turn into caffeinated toddlers at night? 😵‍💫

You finally get into bed... you're exhausted, and suddenly your legs are like: "Absolutely not. We ride at midnight." 🏃‍♀️⚡️

Restless leg syndrome in perimenopause is way more common than women realize. Hormone shifts, stress, cortisol, sleep disruption, iron levels, and nervous system overload all play a role.

And no, you're not being dramatic. You're tired and twitchy - a big difference.

Perimenopause isn't just hot flashes.

Sometimes it's:
• Kicking your sheets off all night
• Pacing the hallway at 3 am
• Stretching your calves like you're training for the Olympics
• Trying not to wake everyone else up while your body refuses to chill

The Middle Season can feel weird as hell sometimes.

DM me "RESTLESS" if this is you. You're not alone. 💛

POV: Perimenopause has you one inconvenience away from living in a tree with your emotional support cat. 😂

One minute you’re answering emails, paying bills, pretending to be emotionally regulated…
The next you’re outside barefoot, hiding in the spruce tree questioning why everyone is so loud and why your bra suddenly feels like an act of violence.

Meanwhile Henry fully committed to the lifestyle.
No responsibilities.
No cortisol.
Just vibes, branches, and avoiding people. 🧡

Honestly? The urge to disappear into the woods for 24 hours with snacks, silence, and no one asking you what’s for dinner feels VERY middle season.

Tell me I’m not the only one. 👇😂

Maybe the Middle Season isn’t about becoming younger again.
Maybe it’s about becoming more rooted.

Weathered.
Wiser.
A little cracked in places.
But stronger, calmer, and more grounded than we’ve ever been.

The truth is, so many women are silently navigating anxiety, exhaustion, body changes, brain fog, sleep issues, overwhelm, and wondering what happened to them.

You are not failing.
Your body is changing.
And you deserve support through it.

DM me “MIDDLE” if you’re in this season too. 🌿

Some days I just sit back and think… wow. ❤️

I’m so grateful I get to coach the incredible women I do. Watching women reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, improve their health, and step back into their power is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting me in your middle season. 💛
