Still in Easter chocolate mode? 🍫😆
Yeah… same.

Between the long weekend, the weather doing whatever it wants, and everything being a little off schedule — today doesn’t have to be a full reset.

But your body might be asking for something 👀

A stretch.
A deep breath.
A little movement to shake the cobwebs out.

No all-or-nothing today.
Just a small step back into YOU 🧘‍♀️

Even 5 minutes counts.

❄️🔥 Snow Flow Friday 🔥❄️

It’s snowing… AGAIN.
Everything’s closed because it’s Good Friday.
Happy Easter weekend 🐣

So since we’re stuck inside…
let’s build some heat 🔥

Try this quick warming flow (2–3 rounds):
1️⃣ Chair Pose – 5 slow breaths
Light those legs up.
2️⃣ Downward Dog – 5 breaths
Stretch it out and reset.
3️⃣ Plank – 20–30 seconds
Strong core. Strong energy.
4️⃣ High Lunge (right + left) – 5 breaths each side
Open the hips, find your balance.
5️⃣ Forward Fold – soften knees, hang heavy
Let the tension melt.

Take some time for yourself this weekend.
Move your body.

Get your flow on.
Snow outside.
Fire inside. 🔥

✨ Consistency Is Where the Magic Happens🪄

With consistency comes SO many benefits — here are just a few:
💪 You become stronger
✨ Things become easier — in daily life and in workouts
🦵 It helps prevent injuries
📅 It builds a routine and makes fitness part of your normal life😁

That’s EXACTLY what we’re building with my 8 weeks in Plaster Rock!
Week 2 is tonight.

This is where it starts — showing up again.
Creating that habit.
You’ll notice things becoming easier.
Fitness shifts from “ugh, I have to do this” to
“Yay… it’s workout time!”

And you will literally feel BETTER.😁🌷

At this point? We just don’t. KNOW. 😆

But here’s what I do know…

✨ WEEK 2 of Plaster Rock Spring Yoga is tomorrow night! ✨

And unlike the weather — we are bringing:

✔️ Strength

✔️ A little sanity in this unpredictable season😆☂️

DID YOU KNOW...
On March 28, 1891, the first official World Weightlifting Championship was held in London.

There were only 7 athletes competing!

The winner was Edward Lawrence Levy — and NONE of them probably imagined what strength sports would grow into today!💪💪💪

And isn’t that how the most powerful things begin?

A hobby.
An idea.
A habit.

It all starts with the decision — and the strength 💪
to BEGIN.😊

So lift a weight today.
