It’s all about being intentionally aware of the muscles you’re using: really feeling them engage and work. This brain-to-body connection helps improve strength, control, and overall results.
🧠 When you focus on a specific muscle, your brain sends clearer signals to it — activating more fibers, improving form, and reducing the risk of injury.
🔥 And because more of the muscle is being used, your body burns more energy (yep — more calories!).
🧘♀️ Yoga is amazing for this — every pose asks you to tune in, engage, and move with awareness.
🏋️♂️ But it’s not just yoga! Being mindful while weight training or even walking can boost your mind–muscle connection when you move with intention.💪
