You might ask yourself: What is my purpose?

Then just listen.

Ideas, feelings, or nudges may arise.

If something feels right, it’s a sign you’re moving in the right direction.

There’s no need to figure it all out at once.

Start with listening.

Notice.

Then, when it feels right, take a small step forward.

Let it be simple.

Let it be easy.

Worries build and the body tightens.

Today’s meditation offers a simple way to ease anxiety and help your body relax.

A lot of what we worry about comes from the unknown. From feeling like we need to have everything figured out before we move forward.

You’ve learned what you needed by living your life, one step at a time.
You figured things out as you went.
You found your way, even when you didn’t feel ready.

This practice invites you to pause, breathe, and release what you don’t need to carry.

Worrying uses up the energy your body needs for calm, clarity, and healing.

You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to soften.
You are allowed to feel calm.

May this meditation bring you a little more ease as you move through your day.

Today’s meditation is a short body scan... a gentle way to help your body soften, your mind quiet, and your nervous system settle.

So much of the day we live in our heads, moving from one thing to the next without really noticing how our bodies are feeling.

This practice invites you to pause and simply check in with yourself.

As you bring awareness to your shoulders, your hands, your breath, and the support beneath you, you may begin to notice places that feel tense, tired, heavy... or even surprisingly calm.

There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to change.
Just a gentle noticing… and a slow return to yourself.

Even a few minutes of awareness can help your whole system remember what calm feels like.
