The world needs love more than ever right now.

Not the kind of love that is packaged, purchased, or performed. Not the kind that exists for a photo, a post, or approval from others. But real love. Living love. Embodied love.

Love was never meant to be something we buy or display. It is something we become.

Love is presence.

Love is kindness in ordinary moments.

Love is compassion for strangers.

Love is gentleness with ourselves.

Love is the energy we choose to bring into every interaction.

When we live from love, we change the collective energy of this world.

You don’t need a partner to celebrate love.

You don’t need a special occasion to express love.

You don’t need to announce love online for it to be real.

You can send love right now.

Through your thoughts.

Through your actions.

Through your presence.

Today, I invite you to join me in something simple but powerful:
Let’s consciously send love into the world.

To the people we know.

To the planet that holds us (that doesn't need to be polluted by more disposable gifts in landfills).

Heartfelt mahalos to Timmy Starlight Portal for such a beautiful, high-vibration sound journey, and for taking the time to share his knowledge, experience, and wisdom with us.

StarLight Portal is a sound healing sanctuary created by Gracie & Timmy- two truly special souls. This sacred space was originally the location of my beloved first quartz crystal bowl teacher, Martha Birkett (Amaryllis Crystal Garden), who transitioned to a higher state in September 2020.

Thank you, Gracie & Timmy, for being such wonderful caretakers of this oasis and for supporting so many on their healing journeys.

I had the honor of meeting Anita Moorjani, and I can genuinely say that she radiates the same high-vibrational energy she speaks and writes about. Her presence is calm, uplifting, and deeply healing — a living example of what it means to shine your light so others can remember their own.
