We had a great turn out at the Watson Art Centre for Dauphin's Culture Days on Saturday 🦊

In our 2 kids' classes, we drew these sweet, little sleeping foxes together step by step. Then added black oil pastel and watercolours on top for some beautiful fall paintings!

Tuesday's Craft & Calm was so much fun! 🪨 We made mixed media Geodes with collage paper, pencil crayons, markers & ink. We even sprinkled some salt in there for texture. This class was all about playing and trying new things. And laughing. Always laughing ✨️

Another lovely Craft & Calm evening 🌞 We spent our final class of the summer doodling these cute little fishies. We experimented with using markers for watercolouring, which ended up being one of the favourite techniques so far.

Inky Seashells were a hit yesterday! It was our last kids' class of the summer. The kids enjoyed painting with bright acrylic inks and splattering them on their seashells. They got to use a gel plate for the first time to print their blue backgrounds. During dry time, they worked on pool noodle sculptures 🐚 Lots of singing & giggles with this class!

Fish Zendoodles 🐟 We had a great time at Craft & Calm earlier this month making these cute & colourful fishies. A fun & relaxing project with great company.

We've been planning and gearing up for our fall classes over here, and I'm excited to announce our fall sessions for Grandview & Dauphin are now open for registration!
