Stretch & Sketch is definitely a favourite class of mine. Beginning with gentle stretches and a grounding meditation, and easing into a relaxing art practice for self care. The discussions and company are wonderful, especially in the beautiful walls of Parkland Psychology & Wellness 🌿

We are currently meeting in Russell every Thursday from 1:30-3pm until Feb. 19. Let me know if you'd like to join in on this unique experience ✨️

In the zone! A shot from our last Craft & Calm class in Grandview ✨️ This time, we made vision books (like vision boards with categories) out of magazine words and images. A great project for January, envisioning how we want 2026 to look and feel ❄️
