As a Birth Doula, I have training through DONA Internation and can provide you with the knowledge you'll need to make educated and confident decisions for what is best for you and your family during labour and the delivery of your baby. My goal is to help women feel safe and cared for in what is concidered to be one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, because everyone deserves to have unconditional love and support during this beautiful process. In creating this page, I hope to help normalize birth again and give women a place to talk about their/our experiences with no judgement so that we can learn from the many different cicumstances that comes with childbirth and the wisdom that it provides.

This summer has looked a little different then we're used to, we are learning so much and doing all kinds of this for the first time. Growing my first garden, and now preserving it. We still need to build a root cellar so we can have some fresh veggies during the winter but in the mean time we have been canning, 44 jars done and a lot more to go!

I was outside working in the yard and came in to this AMAZING plate of refreshments. Aliza made it while Mason and Avery guarded the doors so I wouldn't walk in and ruin the surprise 💕 its moments like these I feel im actually doing a good job raising these little humans.

Making our ginger bread nativity scene was a huge success 🙌 but clearly Mason is missing alot of teeth and Avery had better things to do 😅 never a dull moment with this family 💕❄

How special is this?? Great Grandpa, Grandpa and my little guy Avery. 4 generations sitting at one table for supper 🥰 I will forver be greatful that our children will remember their great grandparents 💕

Moment's like these are so special 💖

I went to visit a client who gave birth last week and they surprised me with a thank you gift. The true gift is being able to be part of such a special time is a families life, Im blessed being able to do what I do. 🥰

Being strong isn't always about physical strength, it's also about mental strengh. Strength to carry on when life gets challenging, strength to set an example for your children and those around you, strength to be a safe place for your children to come when they need security in life.

Incase anyone is wondering how homeschooling is going... I'm fine, were fine its fine 😬 but seriously lol its going pretty good for our first year, some challenges we need to overcome, which I think we can in time! Even with all the ups and downs I'm so happy we decided to homeschool our kids and We are very blessed to have amazing friends our kids can play and interact with 💕

I was so blessed to be a part of this littles ones birth back in September and seriously how cute is she!! 😍 Her mom informed me that the blanket I gave her is her new favorite napping place (insert happy squeal here)🤗

On a side note, I do find it very interesting that out of all the births I've been too this year shes the only girl 🤔 like what the heck!
