Here we are half way through summer. I am so grateful for everyone's understanding in me taking a break from my offerings over the summer.
My daughter's wedding is days away and this transition is a lot bigger and beautiful then I had even imagined it to be. I cant wait to hold her as she steps into this amazing contract with her soon to be husband. ♡
I have also taken some down time to focus on myself and rejuvenate a bit. There were some things I really needed to sit with revolving Soul Entry and what is sacred to me, how I want to be showing up, and what I want to be sharing. I just wanted to re-center and ensure that I am coming from a place of balance and humility.
So keep singing with the birds, feeling the sun and the rain on your face, eating incredible fresh food, dancing under the moon, and enjoying the magic of Summer. ♡

Getting this up early, as I plan on spending the day with my amazing fam! Take a moment tomorrow to share some gratitude for this beautiful country that we live in. It may not be ideal all the time but man are there are SO MANY things to be proud of and appreciate.

I bottled up some more Liquid Smudge, for anyone with a sensitivity to smoke or that is pregnant.
It is made with local foraged sage and peppermint leaf (grown in my garden). I also add in Palo Santo shavings while steeping to make it a powerhouse clearing tool.

I'm sitting here at work. The smoke has finally lifted and so I can open the windows. The smell of the last days of Lilac bushes is blowing in. What an amazing smell. My mind immediately thinks of spring and what this season has brought for me.
I found new love, with a man that embodies kindness, stability, laughter, and dedication. I feel like he is the person I have been preparing to share myself with for my entire life. Every day my gratitude grows for him and the life we are creating together.
I started a new journey of personal growth, to go even deeper with myself with the guidance of my amazing teachers. I am always humbled by the opportunities I have to be guided by the teachers I am, and have a safe place to land while I do some of the hardest work on myself. Remember who has taught you on your way and don't forget to hold them with the highest reverence... even if it was hard lessons.
I got chickens! Which is wild because a couple years ago I would have told you one of my greatest fears was birds. To see my growth. I never thought I would love chickens as much as I do. To watch them grow, their natural animal instincts develop, and just how the navigate life; i am learning so much. The animals of this Earth are incredible.
My oldest daughter is getting married this year and it has been such a joy and wave of emotions as we prepare for the big day. I am ao proud of her and the man she will marry. To think of their journey together is such a rare and beautiful thing to witness. We are months away from the big day and I cant wait to celebrate their love.
There are so many more things that have transpired this season. I am grateful 🙏 for each of them and the energy that this season holds. Spring helps spark our fires... our passions, dreams, desires. It brings out the playfulness within us and asks us "what do you really want?"
As we move into summer this weekend, use these last days of Spring to solidify what you really desire, what your heart longs for and needs...what your soul craves.

For years I have been serving the communities I have lived in but I had a little secret....I am a Green Witch. I have been keeping this little bit of information to myself for so long, just scared of what the community would think. Being a preschool teacher, you just never know how people will perceive you with the stereotypes and misconceptions of witchcraft. Opening Sprouting In Spirit is finally giving me the confidence and strength to say out loud...I AM A WITCH. I believe in respecting every living thing and know that all things contain a great power, strength, and magic that is just waiting to be released. I am one with universe, as are you and all living things on this earth. I find strength in all things nature and trust that when I do my personal work, I am supported. I set intentions and manifest them in many different ways. Most of all I believe in myself. I live in gratitude and work on loving myself for who I am and all that I am not, and get excited to share that love with as many people that I can. I want to take all my life experiences and lessons learned and combine them with my spiritual practice to provide healing workshops, Esbats, Sabbats, retreats, witch crafting, spell work, and herbal magic to help guide others on their personal journey of discovering the magic that is already within themselves. I am also an intuitive card reader, using both oracle and tarot cards, and a certified Crystal Healing and Deep Cellular Healing practitioner.
Five years ago I also opened the doors to Lil Sprouts Preschool; a place where children can come and be honored and respected for who they are and the dreams they have. I am a Montessori teacher and love the Montessori method and knew that I could incorporate it with my own values to create a special learning environment where children can thrive. Recently I let go of the big school program and downsized in order to continue to honor myself and what I measure as success. I have now started Sprouting Montessori House out of my home. I am able to be true to my Montessori spirit and how I feel the method works. I am also working on sharing experiences with parents so that they know that they are all supported in the hardest job on a planet through positive parenting workshops and groups.
I met Francie at a breathwork class. I was instantly drawn to her energy. She is one of the most positive and uplifting people I have ever met. We shared info and became friends! I had the honor of having a one on one tuning forks sessions with her. She was so professional and again, so engaging. It was incredible. When Sprouting In Spirit came about, I knew I had to invite her to be a part of it!
Francie’s personal healing journey has brought her to where she is now. She was diagnosed with multiple brain injuries and found that surrendering her healing potential to advanced technology of our medical system left her feeling intimidated, disheartened, and dis-empowered. It’s not our intention to discredit modern medicine whatsoever, however, we should not lose sight of our expanded healing potential that can be accomplished by tapping into our own intuitive capabilities through the integration of our mind, emotions, and spirit.
While on her healing journey, she came across scalar sound resonance. This led her to look at quantum physics, which led to the history of Ancient Solfeggio, and now the latest in sound therapy. She fell in love with the vibrational techniques of tuning forks and the positive effects that it has on the body and sees miracles happening in her work with the energy medicine.
As a practitioner and coach of vibrational therapy, she recognizes the importance of intention in her work. “Every intention we create also creates the life scenario to follow”, Gary Zukov in the Seat of the Soul.
We are looking forward to connect with other amazing facilitators and practitioners in the area and provide a space for all of us to grow and learn from one another. It is all about building a community of love, laughter, connection, healing, and magic!
