Funny story!
We couldn’t figure out why all our puzzles except one have missing pieces, even this one, brand new right out of the box is missing 3 pieces! While we were sitting at the table Jeff was sitting with us and his little tongue slips out and try’s to snach a piece. We caught him and now we know! Our dog has been snacking on our puzzle pieces!
Why would he do that!!!! I feel like he’s playing pranks on us he only eats enough pieces to make it frustrating! Just one or two! 🤷‍♀️

I’m serious! This is for the Ladies!

So after having my kids ofcourse and then my Hysterectomy about 7 years ago, things just kinda got worse and worse for me in the bladder control area!
First it was no skipping at the gym
Jumping jacks! Nope!👎
Trampoline with the kids. 👎

It kept getting worse, then it was no more jogging, definitely brace yourself to sneeze, to no running up the stairs and forget lifting anything heavy!

The whole time I’m freaking out 😬because I’m way to young for this!

I went to see a doctor in 2020 and started some treatments that were extremely expensive (thousands of $$$ for 3 treatments) they were painful and in the end they didn’t work
(March 2021 was when I should have been seeing my full results and it was as bad as ever)
I however was not giving up and the Doctor said we could try again with stronger more evasive treatments, these treatments would have down time of 2 weeks per month and cost the around 3800$. If these didn’t work surgery was the next step!
I opted to wait until summer was over becasue I was not interested in Down time through the summer months.

Enter Collagen in June 2021 (Thank you Nicky Rempel) 🙏🙏🙏

I noticed in August that I was sneezing a lot and no issues. When it occurred to me that I was not having issues I was shocked. So I asked is this something that can happen with collagen? The answer was 🤷‍♀️
Well I thought I’ll keep an eye on this!

I started running up the stairs- no issues
I started running on the treadmill -no issues - except I get tired 😆
I started lifting weights 🏋️‍♀️- all good!

I went to High Intensity Training where we jumped and kicked and YEP we did jumping Jacks and guess what!!!! Nothing no issues!!!

So even though this is very personal I feel like other women might have this issue and if you do collagen is what worked for me! ☺️

I had an amazing weekend! It’s been two years since I have been able to attend any kind of event.
I got to spend time with my awesome Friend chatting and learning and just having a blast all the way to Calgary and Back!
I have missed the excitement of getting together with like minded people who are enthusiastic about sharing their business and products with others. I love to hear their success stories and am inspired!
Can’t wait to go again in April! I want to make it a girls trip! Who’s with me!
